KÁAN is a small collection of private residences in Roma, Mexico City. Four homes designed by architects, each with its own light and character, all kept with the care of a boutique hotel. You arrive to crisp linens, fresh fruit and coffee for the morning. Everything else, we take care of personally.

Our flagship. Ceilings rise two stories, light fills the room from morning to evening, and every material was chosen to be touched. Mornings start at the coffee bar. Evenings end on the private balcony, just right for two, above a tree-lined street.

    We send directions, your access details and our own guide to the neighborhood.

  2. Arrival

    Check in on your own from 3 pm with a smart lock. New slippers wait for every guest, with fresh fruit and cold drinks in the fridge.

  3. The first night

    Hotel-quality linens, generous pillows, thick towels and KÁAN bath amenities.

  4. The first morning

    Coffee and tea are ready in the kitchen, with a Breville, De’Longhi or Nespresso machine depending on the residence.

  5. During your stay

    Ana and Karina are a message away and usually reply within the hour. If something isn’t right, we fix it quickly.

  6. Departure

    Check-out is at 11 am. Housekeeping takes it from there, so the next guest finds everything just as you did.

Roma, on foot.

KIN, SISAL and LUUM are in Roma Norte. AKBAL is in Roma Sur, half a block from Roma Norte. Around them: tree-lined streets, specialty coffee, galleries, bookshops and some of the best restaurants in the city, nearly all within walking distance.

Before you arrive we send our own guide to the neighborhood. A few favorites from it:

Usually two nights. Holidays and major events can require a longer stay.
